About Rachel Pearsey
About Rachel Pearsey
Rachel Pearsey’s mixed media oil paintings on used fabric and collage are layered with depth and symbolism which communicate visually. In her work she explores transcendent realities and seeks to convey them through images in such a way that they penetrate to the heart. Rachel is an American artist from California, where she earned her degree in Art. Her work is exhibited in galleries and is in private collections throughout North America, New Zealand, and Morocco, North Africa. She teaches private art lessons, and she was the owner and director of The Julian Gallery. Rachel has been living and working as an artist in Morocco, where the colors, culture, and history strongly influence her work and the images she creates.
