GROWTH

Is there an ideal way for acorns to grow? Is the pace always the same? Is there a pattern to follow or perfect requirements of circumstance and position? Is it the same for each one? Maybe some are growing in the open, exposed, while others are deeply buried. Some may be just barely breaking through, while others have begun to extend their roots. Maybe for some it happens slowly. Whatever the pace, growth is happening when they are pushing upward toward the light and anchoring themselves downward, drinking in the water and absorbing nutrients that will sustain them. Mighty oaks don’t happen overnight.
